You wake up in a dark room with no doors.
Where am I? you wonder.
You're in a dungeon. Gorm's to be exact, an evil guy who likes to imprison random people. You might want to know why I told you that. Isn't that supposed to be a secret? It still is, because your in-game character (or PC for Player Character) doesn't know yet! Just because you know something doesn't mean your PC knows. If you know from a previous adventure that the snake is poisonous, but your character got his memory erased, he doesn't know it.This is important, so keep it in mind.
Anyways, you sit up.

You pound on the walls. then, suddenly, one caves in. You stare in awe at a long corridor. You walk for a bit and find yourself at a fork in the path. What do you do?

If you went right, go to section 1.
If you went left, go to section 2.
If you went left, go to section 2.
1. You wander for a bit, and finally come to a dead end! You turn back and go right. Ha, sucker. Go to section 2.
2. You walk for a while, occasionally stopping and examining your surroundings. Along the walls, there are many paintings, getting more bloody and gruesome as you go on (one has somebody cutting off someone else's head). Finally you come to a door. If you open it, go to section 4. If you investigate more, go to section 3.
3. You look at one of the paintings for about 10 seconds, and realize that the people inside the painting are actually moving in slow motion. if you are too scared to stick around and want to open the door from section 2, go to section 4. If you touch it, go to section 5.
4. You try to open the door, but find it locked. If you pound on it, go to section 6. If you decide you should have examined the paintings, go to section 3.
5. You cautiously touch the painting, suddenly, the world starts to swirl, and suddenly your staring at a door, you look at it, and then you realize you are standing in front of the same door from section 2. What in the lands is going on here? you wonder. If you want to knock/pound on the door, go to section 6. If you want to run screaming back down the hallway, go to section 7.
6. An evil cackling fills the hallway, coming from the door you knocked on. "Come in," says the terrible voice. If you want to go in, go to section 8. If you want to run screaming back down the hallway, go to section 7.
7. You are just about to make it down the hallway when a man comes out of nowhere, apparently out of one of the enchanted paintings. He is armed with a spear. You notice a sword in your belt. If you want to pull it out and challenge him, go to section 9. If you want to run back down the hallway screaming and enter the door, go to section 8.
8. you walk into the room, but dont see anyone. then you look down and notice the rat on the floor. suddenly, the rat leaps at you and eats your face off. you die. bet you didn't see that one coming. go to section 10.
9. He says, "nice try" and stabs you. your puny HP bar cant take it and you die. go to section 10.
10. yes, yes, i know you dont like to die, but just you watch...
